Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.325 of 2024, under Sections 65(1) B.N.S. and 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Trans Yamuna, District- Agra, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 10.8.2024 at about 09:25 a.m. by barging into her house finding her alone. The applicant is stated to have run away from the scene of occurrence after the incident, whereby he was apprehended by the informant
