Learned State Law Officer has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 03.02.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.118 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 351(3) B.N.S. and Section 3/4(2) POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Wyndhamganj, District Sonbhadra, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 26.10.2024 at about 1:00 p.m. The victim is stated to have come home wailing and had informed her mother about the incident. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by ab
