The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bhuar @ Mahfooz, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 114 of 2024, under Sections 302, 307, 506 read with 34 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Azeem Nagar, District- Rampur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of murder and attempt to murder. One person has died and three persons have suffered injuries. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial three injured persons have been examined as PW-2, PW-3 and PW-4.
