Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the statement of the victim was recorded under section 183 B.N.S. which proves that she was having consenting physical relation with applicant for the last five years. She has admitted that she was talking with applicant for long time.Later she alleged that applicant committed offence of rape on false promise of marriage.
