There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl, commission offence of rape and offence POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C, she is although aged about 14 years but she has neither made any allegation of rape nor abduction against the applicant. She has admitted affair and marriage with the applicant. Applicant is in jail since 01.10.2024 and has no criminal history of eight cases explained in the supplementary affidavit.
