Heard Sri Rohit Nandan Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 571 of 2024, under Sections 64 & 75 of BNS, Police Station - Shikohabad, District - Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. Learned counsel has also stated that the victim is a married lady and she is 42 years old. 5. Learned counsel has further stated that the FIR was instituted regarding sexual harassment only but subsequently the allegations of rape have been made with regard to the incident occurred on 6 to 7 months back.
