There are allegations against the applicant of committing abduction of minor girl, commission offence of repeated rape and offence under POSCO Act. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim is although claimed her age is about 17 years. She willingly eloped with the applicant went to different places without raising any alarm. She travelled by different modes from one place to another but at no point of time she cried for help from the allegedly forced company of the applicant. She has also admitted voluntarily physical relation-ship with the applicant. Applicant is in jail since 01.06.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions. After hearing rival contentions, this court had to consider whether the implication under P
