The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Harishchandra, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 53 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) of IPC, and section 4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station- Khakheru, District- Fatehpur, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry, commission of offence of rape and penetrative sexual assault. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim is although minor, but she has neither made allegation of abduction or rape against the applicant.
