There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry, commission offence of repeated rape and offence under POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. As per statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she is clearly a consenting party. Applicant is in jail since 12.04.2024. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
