Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 23.12.2024. 5. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.276 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Section 3/4(2) POCSO Act and Section 67-B I.T. Act, Police Station Simbhawali, District Hapur, during the pendency of trial. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. PW-1/informant and PW-2/victim have been examined during trial and they have completely resiled from their earlier statements and have been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring them hostile.
