No.467 of 2016 arising out of Case Crime No.227 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, as per allegation due to the fire opened by applicant and co-accused Javed, Furkan and Aurangjeb, one police S.I., Akhtar Khan died but entire allegation levelled against applicant is totally false. 4.
