Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.152 of 2024, U/S 137(2), 65(1), 331(4), 352, 351(3) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Gaur, District Basti, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 6. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the daughter of the informant in the night of 7.11.2024 and the victim was found bleeding at that time, as her clothes were blood-soaked. The husband of the informant had gone out in a function, as such, when he returned, the FIR was instituted. ARGUMEN
