The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Satyampal, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 155 of 2024, under Section- 376, 328, 506, 313 of IPC, Police Station- Gursarai, District- Jhansi. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was earlier enlarged on interim bail by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2024. Thereafter, he has surrendered and he is languishing in jail since 29.08.2024. He has sent letter to the victim to marry him, but she has replied that, she does not wishes to marry the applicant any more. This is the first implication of applicant.
