Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.282 of 2024, under Sections 75(2), 79, 352, 351(2), 64 B.N.S., Police Station- Kotwali, District- Mau, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant, who happens to be brother-in-law (Nandoi) of the victim, is stated to have threatened her and sent certain indecent messages to her from Saudi Arabia and after coming back to India he is even stated to have told her son that he is his biological father, as such, tarnished the image of the victim.
