There are allegations against the applicant that he committed offence of abduction of minor girl, rape, criminal intimidation and penetrative sexual assault against her. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim is although minor aged about 15 years but she has admitted leaving her house and going with applicant to meet Aamir. Applicant is stated to be friend of Aamir. She had admitted staying with the applicant for about a week, where she was subjected to alleged offence of rape by the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that victim willingly went with the Aamir but has falsely implicated the applicant, Danish, to save Aamir. She had consenting relation-ship with Aamir. Applicant is in jail
