The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jitendra Patel, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.250 of 2024, under Sections- 363, 376(3), 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)5 of SC/ST Act, Police Station - Ghughuli, District -Maharajganj. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned AGA has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. This Court after hearing the learned counsels for the parties does not finds any ground for enlarging the applicant on bail at this stage. The bail application is accordingly, rejected.
