The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants with the prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.512 of 2024, under Sections 103 (1), 115(2) and 3(5) BNS, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for applicants submits that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and nobody was named in the FIR but during investigation when the brothers of the deceased raised suspicion against the applicants then they have been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submits that as per prosecution, when applicants were arrested then from the possession of applicant no.1 mobile phone of the deceased was recovered and from the possession of applicant no.2 visiting card and identity card of the deceased were recovered but entire
