Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the statement of victim recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C only applicant was implicated while in the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she has further implicated co-accused, Irshad and Sartaj, who have already been granted bail by the court below.
