The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.162 of 2024, under Sections 103(1),238 and 3(5) BNS, Police Station Sahayal, District Auraiya during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that FIR of the present case was lodged against three accused and their family members with regard to the murder of the daughter of the informant including husband of the deceased but during investigation applicant, who was the driver of the husband of the deceased, has been made accused in the present matter. 4.
