Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. Counsel for the applicant submits that the allegation of abduction and rape have already been made against the applicant but he has married the victim and she has also given birth to a child. The victim is residing with her in-laws in her matrimonial home and after the applicant is released on bail he will live with the victim with whom he has married. The applicant is in jail since 14.08.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. Counsel for the informant, Sri Shailesh Kumar Yadav, has not disputed the aforesaid submission.
