Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim is married woman, whose husband was in jail. She used to purchase goods from the shop of the applicant and when she could not pay the amount of the goods purchased from his shop, she has falsely implicated the applicant to prevent him from demanding the money. Applicant is in jail since 05.04.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
