There is allegation against the applicant of abduction of minor girl, commission offence of rape and offence under Section 5/6 of POCSO Act. The applicant is stated to be tuition teacher of the victim. This Court after hearing the learned counsels for the parties does not finds any ground for enlarging the applicant on bail at this stage.
