This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Aman, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 318 of 2024, under Sections 309(4), 317(2), 317(5), 336(2), 126(2), 127(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 & Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Mansoorpur, District- Muzaffarnagar.
