She has eloped with the applicant and went to Ambala and entered into Nikah after conversion of her religion. She has admitted voluntarily relationship with the applicant. Applicant alleges false implication in this case. He is in jail since 09.08.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
