Heard Sri Rishabh Shukla, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rajendra Prasad Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.616 of 2023, under Sections 8/20/29/37 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Loni Border, District- Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Smt. Fatima has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 7.2.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.1593 of 2024. There is no criminal antecedent of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 6.12.2023. He further submitted that since the role of th
