The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.434 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 506, 302, 307, 34 IPC, Police Station Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter alongwith several others including co-accused Indrajeet Yadav and Bodhnath Yadav and both the above co-accused have been released on bail by this Court vide orders dated 07.05.2025 and 12.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
