The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Dilshad with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.225 of 2023, under Sections 363, 376-D, 506 IPC and Section 5-G, 5-L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Hafizpur, District Hapur during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused Talib has been granted bail by this Court on 08.05.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.18533 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
