The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Kumarapl, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 11 of 2024, under Sections 302 and 504 IPC & 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Khair, District- Aligarh, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of murder of the father of informant. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court, PW-1 and PW-2 have been examined. Both have not supported the prosecution case. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 04.1.2024.
