Counsel for Applicant :- Virendra Pratap Pal Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Applicant was granted interim bail by the order dated 04.12.2024. Thereafter he has surrendered because interim order was not extended. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had filed Habeas Corpus petition, wherein victim appeared and stated that she does not wishes to marry with the applicant. There is no possibility of marriage or compromise between the parties. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that it is a case of false implication of the applicant. Victim knew the applicant for last five years. She has gone to his house and also entered into marriage earlier. As per statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C she was clearly consenting party.
