Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Remesh Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that 125 Grams Alprozolam is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. The applicant is innocent, he has not committed the alleged offence, but he has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no compliance of mandatory provision of Sections 50, 52 and 52-A of the N.D.P.S. Act and there is no independent witness of the incident. The applicant has criminal history of thirteen other cases, out of which he has explained criminal history of three cases in paragraph No.16 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail applicant and the remaining cases of criminal history he has explained in paragraph Nos. 2 to 5 of the supplementary affidavit.
