Heard Shri Manvendra Singh learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ajay Singh, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Faisal with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2025, under Section 109 of B.N.S.S. and 3/25 Arms Act and Section 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Lalauli, District- Fatehpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no offence as alleged in the FIR has been done by the applicant. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the applicant, but police planted false recovery and there is no independent witness of the recovery. Offence is triable by magistrate.
