There are allegations against the applicant of causing dowry death of his wife. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that deceased married the applicant on her sweet will. She was earlier married to another boy. Before her period of 'Iddat' had come to end, she married the applicant.While she was traveling in train with her mother-in-law she consumed poison.Applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.No allegation has been made against the applicant of abetting the deceased to commit suicide. It is not a case of dowry death.The applicant is in jail since 6.11.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
