Counsel for Applicant :- Asheesh Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party :- Atul Kumar,G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. The applicant was granted interim bail by this court by the order dated 13.11.2024. Thereafter, he surrendered and is in jail. Before surrendering he has married the victim. The applicant is in jail and has no criminal history to his credit. Counsel for the informant, Sri Atul Kumar, does not dispute the aforesaid contentions. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
