The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ganga Sagar Pandey, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0144 of 2024, under Sections 376(3) of IPC and 4(2) of POCSO Act, and section 3(2)v of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Bardah, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape and penetrative sexual assault against the victim.
