The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicants, Juber and Shabir, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 438 of 2024, under Section 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Khekra, District-Baghpat. Learned counsel for the applicants has contended that 4.780 Kilogram Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicants. The recovered contraband is below commercial quantity. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicants. The recovery of alleged country made pistols from the applicants are planted one.
