The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 280 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) BNS and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Fatehabad, District- Agra, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsels for the applicant submitted that nobody was named in the FIR and during investigation very casually informant in his second statement recorded during investigation raised suspicion against applicant and thereafter he has been made accused in the present matter. They further submitted that except suspicion, there is no evidence against the applicant on record. 4. They further submitted
