The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Faisal Khan. with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.182 of 2024, under Sections 376-AB, 506, 342 IPC and 5M/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Cantt. District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court, victim has been examined.
