There are allegations against the applicant of putting finger in the private part of victim. Counsel for the applicant submits that the medical report does not supports the allegation. There is dispute in the village between the parties as a result of which the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in jail since 27.03.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
