Counsel for the applicant submits that in the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she has neither made any allegation of abduction nor rape against the applicant. She has stated that she left her house on her own and went to Mumbai where she meet the applicant. The applicant got her employed. Thereafter, she returned to her house on her own.
