The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ripu Saxena, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 27/2023, under Sections 376A, 376B of IPC, and Section 5(m)/6 of POCSO Act and section 3(2)V of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Araul, District- West (Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar) during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of inserting finger in the private part of child victim aged about 6 years. The medical report of the victim supports the prosecution case.
