Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Applicant was aged about 15 years while victim was married woman aged about 25 years having a child when the applicant was implicated in Case Crime No.734 of 2023, under Section 376, 504, 506, 313 I.P.C. He submits that at the time of lodging the earlier case it was alleged that the applicant was indulging in physical relation-ship with the victim for last nine years and she became pregnant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that nine years ago applicant was aged about 15 years only. He has been falsely implicated by the informant, who is above 30 years of age. Applicant has been falsely for the purpose of extracting money from him on the pressure of lodging of this case. He is in jail since 17.06.2024 and has criminal history of two cases. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions
