The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sudhir Gond, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 224/2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 506 of IPC and section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Tarkulwa, District- Deoria, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape, abduction and criminal intimidation of the victim apart from offence of penetrative sexual assault.
