Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 152 of 2024 , under Sections 376(AB) of IPC and Sections 5m/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kaushambi, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim aged about 14 years on 02.04.2024 at about 4 p.m. after barging into her house and he has locked the door from inside. After much persuasion, the applicant is stated to have opened the door and ran away from the place of occurrence. 5.
