Heard Sri Yogendra Singh Kushwaha, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 372 of 2024, under Section 65(2) of BNS and Sections 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Ghatampur, District - Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have sent the victim to fetch some cold-drink thereupon he is stated to have caught her in an inappropriate way and took her to his house and committed rape with her on 14.07.2024 at about 05:00 PM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsel
