By means of the present bail application, the applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.161 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Mathura, during the pendency of trial. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that apart from the present case, one case has been shown in the gang chart being Case Crime No.52 of 2024, under Section 8/20 of NDPS Act, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Mathura in which, he has already been enlarged on bail by order of this Court vide order dated 08.08.2024 appended as annexures-3 to the affidavit to bail application.
