There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry and commission of offences of rape and penetrative sexual assault. Counsel for the applicant submits that the victim has admitted that she left her house on her own on calling of applicant on phone and went to met him outside the village. He has submitted that it appears that someone has seen the victim with applicant. Hence, F.I.R was lodged in order to protect the victim from social ignominy.
