This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mukesh Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 149 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 368, 354 IPC and Section 7, 8 POCSO Act, Police Station Mursan, District Hathras. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.06.2024. He has criminal antecedent of 10 cases, which has been explained in para 22 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application and there is no likelihood of his fleeing from course
