The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sadik, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 394 of 2023 under Sections 376, 452 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Behat, District- Saharanpur, during pendency of trial. Learned AGA has informed that notice on opposite party no.2 has been served, but no one has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2 to oppose this bail application. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 29.7.2024, which has released the second bail application.
