The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rambali Sonkar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 136/2024, under Sections 376(3), 506 of IPC, and section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station- Saad, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of commission of offence of rape and criminal intidimation of minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court victim has been examined, but she has not supported the prosecution case.
