This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 116 of 2024, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(C) & 66 (D) of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2000, Police Station Basrehar, District Etawah. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 18.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Ankit Mishra, Rocky and Yash @ Manu have already been enlarged on bail of this Court by orders dated 29.04.202
